Ordering and Shipping
Yes we are still shipping but due to the current coronavirus developments and with the safety of our customers and community in mind, the following new procedure will be in effect until further notice.
•All orders are final (once you place your order you will not be able to change or cancel that order) Please check your orders carefully before submitting.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Bella Beauty gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards. Please note that we can only ship a credit/debit card order to the same address to which your statement is sent. This policy protects you from fraudulent use of your card.
Processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. Friday orders will be processed the next Monday. All package deliveries are through USPS which usually takes 3-5 business days.
If you haven't received your order within five days, please contact Customer Service using the "Contact" tab on our website.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Orders can be tracked within the U.S. When your order is packed and ready to go you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive that tracking number your package is in the mail and on its way to you (please allow at least 24 hours for updates) You can track your order from that email or through the USPS website. Please note that international order are only tracked within the US. After it leaves US, it becomes the property of your regional postal system and is no longer tracked by USPS.
Once your package leaves our facility we no longer have control over it. We cannot change the address or redirect it to another address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We have 99.9% of our merchandise in stock. If something is currently on back-order, it will be noted in the product description. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days after order is processed. Notifications and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the package is shipped.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?
We use USPS for shipping all our packages.
General delivery times are:
Domestic: USPS First Class Mail: 2-10 business days after ship date. USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days after ship date. Tracking information is available.
International: USPS First Class International: 7-15 business days after ship date. Detailed tracking information is not offered with this service. Tracking is only within the US. The international ship times vary greatly by region. Most Canadian orders are received within 10 days, while some remote locations may take up to 2 weeks.
Special note for international orders: Import duties, taxes, charges, and/or Value-Added Taxes (VAT) (customs fees) are not included in the item price or shipping cost of your order. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Fees will vary, depending on the destination country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Certified Bella Beauty is located in the US and all orders are processed in US dollars. International customers are encouraged to pay using PayPal.
I NEVER RECIEVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT DO I DO?
If you have not received your package within 30 days (US) or 60 days (international) please contact USPS. Use the tracking information that was sent to you and file a form to trace your order. You can find that on their web site: USPS CLAIMS DEPARTMENT They will guide you through the process of trying to find your missing package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
It doesn't happen often, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item please complete the contact form. Let us know your order number and what you received. We will contact you within 24 business hours.
All cancelled or fraud orders are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. Returns can not be accepted at this time. All sales are final. Please make sure you use the correct address we will not be able to refund lost products due to wrong address entered.
